 As Owner, COO, and Vice President of Rider Painting Inc, Brian brings operational leadership, industry experience, and a strong commitment to excellence to the company’s day-to-day success. He plays an essential role in driving performance, supporting project execution, and maintaining the high standards of service and craftsmanship clients have come to expect from Rider Painting. With a hands-on approach and focus on accountability, efficiency, and quality, Brian leads the company forward while reinforcing the values that define (his) the Rider Painting Inc name. 

 As Director and General Manager of Rider Painting, Elliott brings a leadership style rooted in sales, client relationships, and business development rather than a traditional contractor background. That perspective allows him to approach the business with a strong focus on communication, customer experience, and long-term relationship building. Elliott plays an important role in driving operations, supporting company growth, and helping ensure Rider Painting delivers the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality clients expect. His ability to connect service with strategy makes him a valuable part of the company’s leadership team. 

 As Senior Project Manager at Rider Painting, Robert “Bobby” Jones brings real-time experience and practical knowledge of the construction industry to the field on every project. He plays a key role in overseeing project execution, coordinating crews, and helping ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Bobby’s understanding of jobsite conditions, field operations, and day-to-day construction demands allows him to lead with confidence and support projects from planning through completion. His hands-on leadership style, industry knowledge, and commitment to quality make him a valuable part of the Rider Painting team. 

 As Administration Manager at Rider Painting, Kelly Usbeck plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the company.
